About us
Villa la Cavaliera..
is a four-floor building built in 2003, located in a park of tall trees, mainly holm oaks, where each apartment has its own external entrance on the pool side, an exclusive balcony and a parking space. The complex is located 40mt from thebeach, which is conveniently accessed from the back gate ( sea side) where outdoor showers are located.
Beach umbrellas and deck chairs are available for our guests to use on the free beach.
Private cabins (upon request) are available in the basement for housing bikes or sea equipment. The unassisted pool is open to guests from June to September. The center of San Vincenzo village is about 1km away as are major supermarkets.
About us
Since its construction in 2003 until 2021, the 25 apartments have been managed as one Residence by the company headed by Mr. Mauro Becattelli and his family.
To date, the Becattelli family manages the tourist rental of the majority of the apartments on Via Indipendenza and the ‘Le Due Palme’ facility on Via del Tirreno
