Booking Conditions
AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WILL BE REQUESTED A DEPOSIT OF 30% BY BANK TRANSFER, the balance of the remaining amount will be made upon arrival.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The flat is considered booked upon receipt of the deposit (copy by email) within 5 working days from the proposal, after this date the booking will be considered void.
WITHDRAWAL: In case of cancellation of the booking within 20 days of arrival, the amount of the deposit will be converted into Voucher expendable within 18 months.
The municipality of San Vincenzo REQUIRES us to collect on its behalf in addition to the price agreed upon by us THE TOURIST TAX: From 1st April to 31st October 1.25 euros / day per person The tax is due for the first 14 days (excluding children up to 12 years and disabled people with 1 companion) TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL AND IN CASH.
Usefull Information
- Not present: soaps and sponges, tablecloths or other kitchen textiles
- Unattended swimming pool (maximum water depth 1.60m)
- Private cabins (on request) for storing bikes or beach equipment in the basement
- From October to May, beach equipment will be left available to guests in the sea-side car park.
- Upon departure, guests are required to take out the garbage, leave the refrigerator empty, the kitchenette and the dishes clean, otherwise an additional contribution of €40.00 will be requested.
- Small/medium sized pets are accepted
- Coin-operated laundry room on the -1st floor
The price includes.
- Consumption of electricity, water, gas, WiFi, sheets and towels (first supply)
- Internal parking, use of the swimming pool
- At guests’ disposal: a beach umbrella and two deckchairs***(see paragraph below)
- Beach equipment available to guests:
From June to September, every morning from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, you will find the equipment (1 umbrella and 2 deckchairs, or 2 umbrellas and 4 deckchairs for four-room apartments) at the entrance to the public beach in front of the property at the end of Via Veneto. After 10:30 am, you can collect it yourself from the beachside parking lot. Umbrellas and deckchairs will be collected from the beach by us starting at 7:00 pm. - Final cleaning: Two-room apartment €60 – Four-room apartment €90
- Final cleaning with PET: Two-room apartment €80 – Four-room apartment €110

- Extra to pay: tourist tax as per municipal regulations. (€1.25 per night for children over 12 years old for the first 14 days of stay)
- A cash deposit of €150.00 may be required, with pets €200.00.
