The price includes.
- Consumption of electricity, water, gas
- Bed linen and bath towels
- One beach umbrella and two deck chairs (2 umbrellas and 4 deck chairs for four-room apartments). From June to September, every morning from 8:30 am until 10:30 am you will find the equipment at the free beach entrance (in front of the facility at the end of the small road). After 10:30 am it can be picked up independently in the sea-side parking lot. Umbrellas and deck chairs will be picked up by us from the beach from 7pm

Price does not include
- Air Conditioning/Heating € 20.00 / week
- Baby Cot € 30,00 or Single folding bed € 50,00 / week
- Extra to pay: tourist tax (€ 1,00 per night over 12 years old for the first 14 days of stay)
- Small/medium size animals are accepted € 70,00 surcharge
- A Cash Deposit of € 150.00 may be required, with animals € 200.00.
Usefull Information
- For stays of several weeks, clean linen will be provided which the guest will replace independently, leaving the dirty linen outside the door in the provided bag.
- The following are not present: soaps and sponges, tablecloths or other kitchen textiles
- Unsupervised swimming pool (max water height 1.60m)
- Private cabins (on request) for storing bikes or beach equipment
- From October to May, beach equipment will be left available to guests in the sea-side car park
- Final cleaning is included but you are asked to: take away the rubbish, leave the fridge empty, the kitchenette and dishes clean, otherwise a contribution of €50.00 will be requested
- Coin-Laundry room on the -1 floor
